Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. Both Researcher and Lab Director memberships can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fees. Your benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Do discounts apply to kit purchases?
Yes. Member discounts apply to all products in the AUREX catalog, including individual compounds, research bundles, and kit products.
How does the monthly compound credit work?
Lab Director members receive a $50 compound credit applied automatically to their account each billing cycle. Credits do not roll over and must be used within the billing period.
What is included in the Compound Intel newsletter?
The monthly Compound Intel newsletter includes batch purity reports, upcoming product launches, research methodology deep-dives, and early access codes for limited-run compounds.
