Shipping & Returns

Same-Day Shipping

All orders placed before 3:00 PM ET Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Standard shipping via priority courier with 2-day delivery. Temperature-sensitive products ship with appropriate cold-chain packaging at no additional cost.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $9.99. Expedited and international shipping available at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package on our website or directly through the carrier.

Returns

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Contact hello@aurex.bio to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or reconstituted products cannot be returned due to the nature of research compounds and quality assurance requirements. Temperature-compromised products are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund at your preference.
